Paulette Tyler: How I Feel About You Paulette’s sound has its roots solidly planted in American music. The daughter of Arkansas farmers, Paulette opened for Dolly Parton at the age of eleven and when she was fifteen years old had a Record World “ pick ”on a single release and was seen regularly on the Memphis Midsouth Jamboree. “ A brilliant stylist, Paulette has the ability to grab hold of a lyric and make an audience feel as though the song was written for her and no one else. Her riveting delivery, with its natural power and resolve, foretells the up-town country that knows no boundaries and defies labels… Paulette Tyler music” Paulette has performed at the Grand Ol’e Oprey and has appeared with such artists as Hank Williams Jr., Mickey Gilley and Dolly Parton. Paulette also sings		“ The Red Texas Sunset” in the Sean Penn movie “ The Indian Runner” Starring Charles Bronson, Dennis Hopper and Patricia Arquette. The music: Producer Philip M Scudieri wrote the title track. The other tunes were written by Paulette and co writers including Austin Cunningham who has written hit songs for the Judds and many others. The musicians: An all star band includes members from the Dolly Parton Band, Pirates of the Mississippi, Don Williams Band, Trish Yearwood Band, the Cowboy Quartet from the Hee Haw Show and several of Nashville’s finest independent players. The primary sound engineer on the project was Cary West. The CD: This project was done at Audio Projects and the 16th Ave Studio, Nashville Tenn.
